Yes — and it's completely free. Every new client begins with a 30-minute consultation so we can understand your goals, review your skin history, and recommend the right treatment plan for you. There's no obligation to book.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time and practitioner. For same-day appointments, please call us directly at (347) 941-0186 — we always try to accommodate last-minute requests.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that things come up — just reach out as soon as you can and we'll always do our best.
Is there parking near the studio?+
Yes — street parking is available on 8th Street and surrounding blocks. There's also a paid parking lot on 5th Avenue, approximately 3 minutes walk. We're also easily reachable by subway (F/G train) or the B63 and B67 buses.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?+
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete any intake paperwork. For injectables, avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, alcohol) 24 hours before. Come with a clean face if possible. We'll provide specific pre-care instructions for your treatment when you book.
